Trinity Baptist Summer Day Camp 2008
 
Ages/Grades
We accept children who will be entering 1st grade in the fall of 2008 up to those entering 6th grade in the fall of 2008. There is a youth camp for kids going into 7th-9th.
Registration fee
There is a one time per year $50 registration fee per family to cover administration fees. This fee is non-refundable.
Registering your child

Please download Summer Day Camp Form, fill out information and return to church office along with the registration fee. Please check the dates your child will attend. Dates must be finalized by May 27th.

Your child can not be guarantee a spot until we receive the registration form and fee. Please get information in soon, since we fill some age groups by the middle of April.

Cost:
$90 per week for 1st child ( June 30-July 3   $72)
$80 per week for 2nd child ( June 30-July 3   $62)
$70 per week for 3rd child. ( June 30-July 3   $52)
 
This cost will cover crafts, snacks, swimming, bowling, gymnastics and field trips for each week
Drop-in Rates
 Available only if we have space
$20 per day for 1st child
$18 per day for 2nd child
$16 per day for 3rd child
Grouping:
Children are put in groups according to grade level for the coming school year. If there is a need to mix groups, children will put with the next higher or the next lower grade (ex. 2nd and 3rd or 3rd and 4th) This allows us to control numbers in each group and to “match” kids personalities if needed.
Lunch
Each child will need to bring a lunch and drink from home each day. Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided.

IF your child has attended our summer day camp program please drop by the office on one of the date below to fill out paperwork, pick up parent’s manual, and turn in final dates for your child.

If your child has not attended our summer camp before please plan to attend one of the meetings below. We will go over our Parent’s manual and then give you and your child time to ask questions. Please be prepared to give a finalized list of weeks your child will be at camp before you leave the meeting.
