First Time Guest
1. How will I know where to take my preschooler and/or children?

Enter the drive with the sign "Visitors." The green arrows will lead you to "Guest Parking." You will see an awning with Welcome Center over one of the doors where you will enter with 1st-6th graders. There will be greeters as you enter the door to assist you in finding the Children's Reception desk.

If you have children birth-5K you may continue around the corner of the building, and park in the area closest to the playground. You can enter the Preschool area through the glass door and register at the desk.

If you have both children and preschoolers, it may be easier to check the younger ones in first.

2. What will happen when I get my child to the Reception Desk?

Preschooler's Registration Desk:

You will be given a visitor's card with a number on it. A "bracelet" with a matching number will be put on your child's wrist or for the youngest around the ankle. We will also put your child's name on the bracelet and note if there are any allergies; you will also be asked to fill out an information card for your child. As you enter the Worship Center, you will see a black box over the door closest to the organ. If the Preschool area needs you, they will enter the number that is on the card issued at check-in. This will notify you, if you are needed for your child.

Children's Registration Desk:

You will be given a visitor's card with a number on it. Your 1st-6th grader will be given a name card on a lanyard. The card will also have the same number that is listed on your card. We will add your child's name (all children in Children's Ministry area will also be wearing lanyards with name cards). You will be asked to fill out an information card for your child. If we need you, the number on the card you are issued will show on the black box over the door closest to the organ in the Worship Center.

3. How do I get my child after Worship or Sunday School?

Check-out for Preschoolers:

Parents will return to the Preschool registration desk and give their card to one of the volunteers at the desk who will get your child for you. Preschoolers will not be released to anyone without a card with matching numbers on child's bracelet.

Check-out for Children:

Parents will return to the Children's Area and present card to volunteer at desk. Your child will be called to meet you. Children may only leave with an adult having a card with number matching the number on the child's card. After your 5th-6th grader has attended several times, you may sign a release that they may meet you at an assigned place in the church.

4. How safe is my child or family member with special needs?

At Trinity, we take the safety of minors and those with special needs seriously. We have a protection policy which may be viewed at the:

Preschool Reception Desk

Church Office

Our protection policy covers minors (under the age of 19) and anyone with special needs no matter their age.
